We sell digital products including Kubernetes security checklists, YAML templates, Helm charts, Kustomize configurations, compliance mappings, and related documentation. All products are delivered electronically upon purchase.

3. License Terms

Permitted Use

• Use the templates and materials within your organization for securing your own Kubernetes clusters
• Modify templates to fit your specific infrastructure needs
• Share within your team (Starter: individual use; Professional: team use; Enterprise: organization-wide use)

Prohibited Use

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the materials in any form
• Share the materials with individuals outside your licensed scope
• Use the materials to create a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect existing purchases.

5. Refund Policy

All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@k8s-security.pro within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

After the 30-day refund period, all sales are final. As a digital product, we cannot accept returns once the refund period has expired.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, documentation, and materials provided through k8s-security.pro are the intellectual property of k8s-security.pro and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to use the materials as described in Section 3, not ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date security guidance, we do not guarantee that our templates and checklists will prevent all security vulnerabilities or breaches. Security is a shared responsibility, and our materials are intended as guidance, not as a substitute for professional security assessment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, k8s-security.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Updates

Purchased products may receive updates at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates, but when we do, they will be made available through the original download method. Major version upgrades may be offered as a separate purchase.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
